How Can I Help?

As a Catholic community, we all know the need to be good stewards of our resources. We look to your support as volunteers who can offer us your time to work with high school students through our programs and assist board/committee members with their work. If you are looking for that opportunity with DYMO Ministries, here are some options for you. Volunteer Opportunities

DYMO Camp — One of our primary ministries for nearly 40 years. This camp is staffed by over 30 volunteers who are committed to serving high school students and their families. There are many options available for assisting this ministry:

• Staff Person — members of the DYMO Camp staff spend the week with the students helping with presentations, small group discussions and the general functioning of camp.     » More
• Workshop Leader — throughout the week we present workshops in which the students grow in their faith, gain skills, learn a new art form or explore various kinds of Christian prayer.
• Behind the Scenes Support — we always appreciate the dedicated people who work with the staff and directors of Camp to provided needed assistance and support.

DYMO Camp Promotions Committee — "DYMOtions" is a subcommittee of DYMO Camp ministry that supports Camp by promoting the camp to the Catholic community through social media, basic marketing and visits to youth groups and parishes. We are looking for people who know and understand DYMO Camp and have a willingness to meet with others to promote this ministry.

DYMO Development Commitee — The Development Committee is a subcommittee of the DYMO Ministries board. Its purpose is to promote DYMO Ministries and to establish connections with those who would like to support DYMO's ministries. Financial Support

Donations to DYMO Ministries — Money and items donated to DYMO Ministries will go towards the support of DYMO Camp and our other programs. The primary focus of this ministry is to high school students in the Diocese of Grand Rapids. With low overhead costs and volunteers assisting, DYMO Ministries has one of the highest percentages of each dollar going directly to benefit the students. Each year several students are directly affected through scholarships given to them to attend Camp. Also, DYMO Ministries, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) organization, and your donation may be tax deductible.
